I LOVED "Twilight." It just charmed me. After finishing I immediately ran out and bought "New Moon." But after about page 225. I was bored. I could go with Bella's grief, doing dangerous stunts to hear Edward's voice, and even a bit of hanging out with Jacob, but I have never found his character interesting, so at page 225, I started skimming until I found Alice returning around page 400. I avidly read on enjoying myself once more until the end. I did go back and read the pages I had skipped over, but still found the werewolf story dull. I have started "Eclipse" and am happy I am reading Edward's and Bella's story once more. I'm worried, as I just read in Entertainment Weekly that we will find out who Bella ends up with in the 4th book. I didn't know there was an option. I suppose I'll find out why we don't know in "Eclipse." But I will be doing the verboten and looking at the last page of the 4th book before I buy it. If Bella is happily with Jacob, I won't be buying the book. I won't invest my time only to find that my current favorite romantic character, Edward, will not go through eternity with his soul mate.
